Job Summary

  • Plan and schedule everyday tasks for the studio team along with Planning Manage
  • Execute the job card
  • Set tasks for the day for every team member and monitor them periodically
  • Ensure that all arrangements are made in advance so that the tasks are executed as planned. Arrangements include:

Models availability
b. Props availability
c. Merchandise from the customer
d. Infrastructure arrangements if any required in the studio

  • Get confirmations from the client periodically on the images
  • Follow up with customers for receiving garments for the shoot atleast a week in advance
  • Monitor the schedule and take actions wherever there is any delay
  • Ensure that there are no rejections from the customer
  • Monitor the team and keep them motivated to achieve the targets
  • Analyse delays and take corrective action
  • Analyse rejections and feedback from customer and take corrective action
  • Develop and motivate the studio team and ensure the team is contributing as per the expectations set by Management
  • Conduct meeting everyday with the team and ensure that expectations are set and monitored
  • Monitor and approve leaves of the studio team
  • Conduct performance appraisal of the studio team
  • Present MIS reports to the Management

  • Team management and second line creation across the structure below
  • Ensure the team is motivated and contribute to their maximum
  • Conduct appraisals of the team directly reporting
  • Monitor assessment scores and suggest areas for improvement
  • Provide feedback for training and development for the team
  • Ensure adherence to the HR policies of the company
  • Ensure attrition is kept minimum and suggest ways for staff retention
  • Ensure the team reports on time
  • Review leave applications from the team and propose it to Studio Manager for approval
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback
  • Conduct appraisal of the team
  • Ensure adherence to the HR policies of the company

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: ₹ 32,000.00 /month

Experience:

  • E COMMERCE: 1 years (Preferred)
